Joker123 app for iPhone and Android: what to expect when installing
The Joker123 app installs as a plain 'Joker' icon and needs one trust step on iPhone. Notes on the install and on reading GP amounts in its games.
Joker123 is a lobby app that bundles slots, fishing tables, arcade games and a few single-player table games under one login. Like the other apps covered here, you do not get it from an app store. Your account provider sends a link, you install the file, and you sign in with the ID and password they gave you.
Two builds, and why they are not here
The 2018 page had exactly two buttons: iOS and Android. Both files lived on this site's own download server, and both are long gone. The iOS build in particular would be useless now, since its signing certificate has almost certainly been replaced several times.
Installing an old copy from a mirror is how people end up with a modified app. Ask for the current Joker123 app link from the same provider that issues your ID, and treat anything else as suspect.
iPhone: finding the icon, then trusting JTECH
The first surprise for new players is the name. On the home screen the app appears as Joker, not Joker123, with a cartoon joker face on the icon.
Tap it and iOS blocks it with an Untrusted Enterprise Developer message naming "iPhone Distribution: JTECH DEVELOPMENT PLT". That is the enterprise certificate the build is signed with. It is not the game's owner, and the name changes whenever the certificate is renewed.
Close the box, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management (Device Management on older iOS), and the developer is listed on its own under Enterprise App.
Tap it, tap Trust, then Trust again in the confirmation box. The Joker entry should read Verified and the app opens from now on.
If it stops opening one day, Apple has probably revoked the certificate. Delete the app and install a fresh copy. Your ID and balance stay on the server.
Android
Open the link, let the APK download, and tap to install. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser or file manager. Allow it for this file only, then go back and switch it off.
Reading bets once you are in
Joker123 labels credit as GP. In the Yggdrasil slot below, the bottom bar reads LINES 20, PLAY 0.06 GP and TOTAL PLAY 1.20 GP. The total is what each spin costs.
The fishing tables work differently. Each seat has its own cannon value (0.10, 0.30 and similar in Bird Paradise), and every shot spends that amount whether it hits or not. The old page told beginners to start on the smallest cannon value, and that part is sound: a 0.10 cannon lets you learn the table without the balance dropping by the second.
The rest of the old tips, about waiting for a refresh and then firing into a crowd, were superstition. Shots cost credit, and more shots cost more.
