NTC33 (Newtown) downloads: phone apps and the Windows client
Newtown's NTC33 was one of the few apps with a proper desktop client. Notes on the Android builds, the Windows version and table limits worth reading.
NTC33 is the Newtown casino app, and it is one of the few platforms on this site where the desktop version was a proper program rather than an afterthought. The 2018 page carried four buttons: an Android slot games APK, an Android live games APK, a Windows exe and a web version link.
The phone apps
The slot APK is the everyday one. Its lobby is the dark, tabbed layout above, with Home, Slots Games, Jackpot Games and Table Games across the top and each game as a tile with a star to mark favourites. The live APK was a second, separate download for streamed dealer tables, and only worth installing if your ID is set up for them.
The Windows client
The old screenshot of the Windows version shows a full desktop window with a Newtown logo, a balance shown in MYR next to a Cashier button, and a Video Slots list you can filter by 5-10 line, 15-20 line, 25+ line, Multi Spin, Progressive and All Ways. Those line filters are more useful than they look: they let you pick games by how many lines you will be paying for before you open one.
Whether a desktop client is still maintained is a question for your provider. If you get one, scan it before installing, and do not grant it administrator rights it does not obviously need.
No downloads on this page
All four buttons pointed to files on 918.credit or an operator site. They are gone. Old APKs rarely connect to current servers, and an exe that sat on a public server for years is not something to run. Ask your provider for the current NTC33 link, and only install what they send you directly.
Android install
Open the APK after it downloads. When Android says your browser is not allowed to install unknown apps, allow it for this one file, install, then switch the permission off. Doing the slot and live apps means going through that prompt twice.
iPhone
This page never offered an iOS build, although its old text described one. If your provider has an iPhone version, it will be enterprise-signed. Expect iOS to block it until you trust the developer in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, and expect it to stop opening now and then when Apple revokes the certificate. Reinstall from a fresh link when that happens; your credit is on the server.
Read the table limits
The table section has roulette, blackjack and Caribbean Stud Poker, and the blackjack table prints its limits right on the felt.
On All Bets Blackjack the sign on the left reads MIN RM2.50, MAX RM2,500, and the table is dotted with side-bet circles (Top 3, 21+3, Perfect Pairs, Lucky Lucky, Buster Blackjack, a progressive). With RM45.00 in the balance box, the minimum alone is eighteen hands, fewer if the side bets tempt you. The felt also states the rules: blackjack pays 3 to 2, dealer draws to 16 and stands on 17.
